Valuable Reports

Webplanex Wallet offers two key reports to provide insights into your Reward program's performance:

Navigate to Reports: Locate the "Reports" button on the navigation bar within the Webplanex Wallet app.

1. Reward Reports:

   Locate Earn Points Report: Locate the "Reward Report" button on the navigation bar within the Webplanex Wallet app.

   

   This report delves into customer Reward activity within your program. You can filter and export data based on various criteria:

   Customer Points Rewards Activity:

   • Points Earned: Analyze how much Points customers are accumulating through purchases and various offers.
   • Points Redeemed: Track the amount of Points customers are using towards purchases.
   • Coupon Code Usage: Monitor customer utilization of coupon codes generated from their wallet at the time of redemption.
   • Points Status: Understand the current status of customer Points (e.g., pending, available, used).
   • Applied Offer Names: Identify specific Reward offers customers are participating in.
    

   Filter and Export:

   • You can filter the Reward report data by date range to analyze specific periods
   • Additionally, you can filter by specific offers to understand individual offer performance.
   • The report allows exporting the filtered data in a CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file format. This enables you to import the data into spreadsheets or other analysis tools for further exploration.

      

2. Wallet Redemption Report:

   Locate Wallet Redemption Report: Locate the "Wallet Redemption Report" button on the navigation bar within the Webplanex Wallet app.

    

   

    

   This report focuses on successful Points redemptions used towards purchases. Here's what you can glean:

   Customer Redemptions: Identify customers who have used Points for purchases.

   Redeemed Reward: Track the specific amount of reward redeemed by each customer.

   Coupon Code Usage: The coupon code usage for redemption process from their wallet.

   Total Order Amount: Analyze the total order value associated with each Points redemption.

   Export for Analysis: Similar to the Point Earn report, you can export this report data in CSV format for further analysis using spreadsheets or other data exploration tools.

   Benefits of Valuable Reports:

   Customer Behavior Insights: Gain valuable insights into customer behavior regarding Points earnings, redemption patterns, and coupon code usage.

   Offer Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of specific Reward offers and identify areas for improvement.

   Program Optimization: Use the reports to optimize your reward program by tailoring offers, adjusting Reward rates, or refining coupon code strategies.

3. Store Credit Report:

   LocateStore Credit Report: Locate the "Store Credit Report" button on the navigation bar within the Webplanex Wallet app.

    

   

    

   This report focuses on successful store credit redemptions used towards purchases. Here's what you can glean:

   Customer Id: Identify customers who have given store credit.

   Amount: Track the specific amount of store credit given by each customer.

   Expired Date: The specified date after which the store credit becomes invalid and can no longer be redeemed.

   Export for Analysis: Similar to the Points Earn report, you can export this report data in CSV format for further analysis using spreadsheets or other data exploration tools.

   Benefits of Valuable Store Credit Reports:

   Customer Behavior Insights: Understand how customers earn and utilize store credits, including redemption trends and patterns in credit usage.

   Offer Performance Evaluation: Assess the success of specific store credit promotions and identify opportunities to enhance engagement.

   Program Optimization: Leverage these insights to refine your store credit program, such as adjusting credit values, expiration dates, or redemption incentives for better customer satisfaction and retention.

Note: Enhanced Export & Reporting Experience

• Analytics & Reports provides a reliable export system for stores with large order volumes.
• A unified export system is used across all reports to ensure consistent performance.
• There is no limit on report downloads; export generation may take 10–15 minutes depending on data size.
• While an export is in progress, a status table displays the export activity.
• Only one export can run at a time, and a new export can be started only after the previous export is downloaded.
• This process ensures accurate data processing and system stability.
