Reward your customers with a special gift on their birthday. They simply need to enter their birth date in the front-end pop-up to become eligible for the reward.
Note The birth date must be entered at least one month before the customer's birthday to receive the reward.
- Navigate to Offers: Locate the "Lotyalty Offers" button on the navigation bar within the Webplanex Rewards Wallet app.
- Create a New Offer: Click the "Create offer” to initiate the offer creation process, choose Birthday offer. .
- Complete the Birthday Offer settings by entering the required reward and validity details.:
- Description: This will display on frontend Popup as well as offer page.
- Minimum Total Purchase Amount: The minimum amount required for eligibility under this offer.
- Store Cash Type: Choose between fixed store cash amounts (direct amounts) or percentages.
- Reward Value: Specify the exact store cash amount based on your chosen type (fixed or percentage).
- Set the Reward ExpirationUse the Expiration drop-down to choose how long the birthday reward will remain valid after it is issued.
- Start & End Date/Time (Optional): Schedule the offer to run within a specific timeframe for limited-time promotions or leave blank for ongoing offers.
- Save and Activate: Once you've filled in the details, save the offer. It should be operational within minutes.
