- Total Rewards Issued : This represents the total amount of store cash awarded to customers for their purchases and reviews (depending on your offer setup).
- Net Cost :This metric likely reflects the total value of all orders placed within your store during the selected timeframe.
- Expired Rewards : The amount of reward that has expired
- Repeat Purchase Rate :The Repeat Purchase Rate (RPR) measures how many customers make more than one purchase. (RPR = (Number of Repeat Customers / Total Customers) x 100).
- AOV (Wallet Users):estimates the typical amount spent by a customer in each order, AThe formula for calculating Average Order Value is simple
- Return on InvestmentIt shows how much money you gain or lose compared to the money you invested.
