How to set up email integration with Brevo using the Bravo app

Follow these simple steps to set up the Brevo integration in the Bravo app:

Go to the "Customer Notification" app Then go to Email Notifications and then to "Brevo."

Log in to Brevo: Log in to your Brevo account using your credentials. https://login.brevo.com/

  • Go to Settings: From the home page, go to the Settings section.

Access the SMTP API: In the left menu, select SMTP API.

 

Generate API key: Click Generate new API key. Enter API name: Enter a name for your API key. (This step is required.)

After generation, you will not be able to access your API key. You can copy your API key from here.
Connect in the Bravo app: Copy the generated API key and paste it into the Bravo app, then click Connect.

 

 

Once completed, your SMTP is ready to go. Successfully configured with Brevo!

Note: After pasting your API key and connecting it to the app, go to the Brevo → Transactional tab.
If you see the message "The transactional platform has not been activated for your account," contact Brevo Customer Support to activate it.
Otherwise, emails will not be sent from your connected Brevo account.
