This setting allows you to prevent customers from earning new Store Cash rewards when they use their wallet balance during checkout.
When enabled, orders paid using wallet redemption will not generate additional rewards. This helps avoid rewarding customers on purchases that are already being discounted through wallet credits.
How to Configure
- Open the app settings.
- Navigate to Disable Rewards on Wallet Redemption.
- Enable or disable the setting based on your preference.
If enabled:
- Orders paid using wallet balance are excluded from reward earnings.
- Customers will not receive new Store Cash rewards on orders where wallet balance is redeemed.
If disabled:
Customers can continue to earn Store Cash rewards even when using wallet balance.
Example:
If a customer redeems wallet balance on an order and this setting is enabled, no new rewards will be credited for that order.
