The VIP Tier Program helps you create different customer loyalty levels based on customer spending and engagement. You can easily edit each tier and customize the rewards and conditions according to your business requirements.
Follow the steps below to edit the VIP Tier Program
Open the Loyalty Offer Page
- Log in to your Webplanex Loyalty Wallet App dashboard.
- Navigate to the Loyalty Offer page.In right side of VIP TIER level you can Three dots( ...) click on that then click on edit button then you can see the VIP Tier page.
- Select the Edit option
- This will open the VIP Tier configuration page.
NOTE :-When you edit a VIP Tier Program, a confirmation popup appears with the message:
“Changes to this tier will apply immediately to all associated customers and related settings.”
Please review the settings carefully before saving the changes.
Edit the Tier Settings
- On the VIP Tier page, select the tier you want to modify.
- Click the Edit button available on the top-right corner of the tier card.
Step 4: Update Tier Details
You can edit various settings such as:
- Tier name
- Tier spending requirement
- Cashback or reward percentage
- Customer eligibility conditions
- Retention and downgrade settings
Step 5: Save Changes
After completing the required updates, click Save Changes.
