The Rewards Usage Rule means that whenever a customer visits your store and generates a coupon, you can set the minimum purchase amount required to use their wallet balance.

This may sound a bit confusing at first, so let’s understand it with an example 👇

Example:

If your rule is set as:

“Customers can redeem $80 in wallet balance for every $100 spent.”

This means:

When a customer makes a purchase of $100

They can use a maximum of $80 from their wallet balance

Real Customer Scenario:

A customer has $50 available in their wallet

According to the rule, the customer have redeem the amount from wallet then customer nedd to make minium purchase:

If $80 can be redeemed on a $100 purchase

Then, to redeem $50 from the wallet, the customer must make a purchase of $62.50

👉 Conclusion:

So, if a customer redeemed $50 from the wallet, the customer needs to make a minimum purchase of $62.50 before they can use the wallet amount.
