Follow the steps below to enable and customize push notification templates in the app.
Step 1: Open the App
- Go to your Shopify Admin.
- Open the Wallet Reward App.
- Navigate to Customer Notification.
- Go to Push Notification.
Step 3: Enable a Notification Template
You will see different types of push notification templates available in the list.
- Find the template you want to use.
- Turn ON the toggle to enable the notification
Step 4: Edit the Template
Click on the "Pencil Icon" to customize it according to your requirements.You can:
- Edit the notification title.
- Modify the notification message.
- Customize the content as needed.
- Save the changes
Step 5: Preview the Notification
You need to click on "Eye Icon"A preview is available so you can see how the push notification will appear to your customers .
