Getting Started with App Setup

Basic steps prior to use the application

Welcome to the Loyalty Wallet App! Follow the steps below to set up your loyalty program and start rewarding your customers.

Step 1: Create Loyalty Offers

To activate the app, you first need to create at least one loyalty offer.

Go to Loyalty Offer and create the rewards you want to provide to your customers. You can create multiple types of offers, including:

Note:The app becomes active once you create your loyalty offers.
 

Step 2: Configure Theme Elements

Next, customize how your loyalty program appears on your storefront.

Go to Theme Elements and enable the components you want to display, such as:

These elements help customers easily view and redeem their rewards.
 

Step 3: Set Up Customer Notifications

Keep your customers informed whenever they earn or redeem rewards.
The app supports notifications through:

Enable your preferred notification methods to improve customer engagement.
 

Step 4: Configure App Settings

Finally, customize the app according to your store's requirements.
From the Settings page, you can configure:

These settings allow you to control how customers earn, redeem, and manage their wallet balance.
 

Step 5: Enable App Embed
App Embed.
After completing the app setup, simply enable the App Embed on your storefront to display the app features on the frontend.
