How to Set Up Store Cash Rewards on Fulfillment or Delivery?

The app allows you to control when Store Cash rewards are credited to your customers' wallets after they place an order.

You can choose to reward customers based on the order status by selecting whether rewards should be assigned when an order is Fulfilled or Delivered.

Orders Fulfilled : Store Cash rewards are automatically credited to the customer's wallet as soon as the order is marked as Fulfilled in Shopify.

Orders Delivered : Store Cash rewards remain in a pending state until the order is marked as Delivered.
Once the order is delivered, the pending rewards are automatically credited to the customer's wallet.

How to Configure

  1. Open the app settings.
  2. Navigate to the Store Cash Rewards section.
  3. Locate the Rewards Assign On setting.
  4. Select one of the following options:
    • Fulfilled – Rewards are assigned when the order is fulfilled.
    • Delivered – Rewards are assigned only after the order is delivered.
  5. Save your changes.

Note: By default, the app assigns Store Cash rewards when the order status changes to Fulfilled.
