The Point Redemption feature allows you to define how customers can redeem their reward points for discounts. There are two redemption methods available.
Steps to Configure the Point Redemption Rule
- Go to the Reward Wallet App.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Click on Point Redemption Rule.
- Configure the redemption settings according to your business requirements:
1. Fixed Points :
Set a fixed number of points that customers must redeem to receive a specific discount amount
Example:
100 Points = $1
Your customers can redeem up to 100 points at a time.
2. Proportional Point Discount
This option allows you to create a custom redemption ratio based on your business requirements.
Set the minimum number of points customers must have before they can redeem their rewards. You can also define the maximum number of points that can be redeemed in a single transaction.
