Redemption Process:
- Balance Check: Once logged in, they can view their current Rewards balance, accumulated from previous purchases and rewards.
- Redemption Amount: Customers can select the amount they wish to redeem from their wallet balance. Once selected, they can generate a discount voucher for the entered amount directly from their wallet.
- Checkout (Shopify Basic Plan): During checkout, customers can apply the generated discount code.
- Checkout (Shopify Plus Plan): If you are subscribed to the Shopify Plus plan, customers can easily use the desired redemption amount from their wallet balance directly during the checkout process.
