You are not required to migrate to the Reward Points System. You can choose the system that best suits your business requirements.
Important: Please read the following points carefully before starting the migration.
⭐ Migration Terms
- Transaction History & Reports
After migration, your existing Rewards transaction history and reports will no longer be available in the app. - Existing Offers & VIP Tier Program
Existing offers and the VIP Tier Program will be removed. You will need to create new offers and VIP tiers after migration. - Customer Wallet & Balance
Your existing customers will not be removed. Their wallet balances will be converted according to the new Conversion settings.(It will be ask by support team ) However, previous transaction history will not be retained. - Coupons, Tier Programs & Pending Balance
Coupons created from the customer wallet and existing tier program information will be removed. Any pending customer balance will also be removed after migration. - Merchant Plan & Orders
Migration will not affect your application plan, subscription, Billing Cycle or order-related functionality. No changes are required in these areas.
⭐ Before Migration
- Export all available Customer Transaction.
- Export all available Customer Reports.
⭐ After Migration
Our team can help migrate your store to either the Reward Points System or the Cashback System, based on your preference.
- Create new Offers and VIP Tier Programs according to your business requirements.
- Visit the App Settings and verify that all settings are correct. Make any necessary changes.
- Check your Theme Elements and update any text that may be confusing or incorrectly refer to Points/Cashback.
Important:Please make sure you have exported the required transaction history and reports before migration, as they cannot be recovered after migration.
