If you are a new customer then by default you can see orders for one day from the date the application is installed. Though we can pull past 7 Days orders for you, for that, you need to ensure that you have set up and performed necessary application configurations. You can reach us on Live Chat Support and we will start the Import Process for past dated orders.
If you are an old customer and some orders are missing then please click the Sync Orders button on the orders screen and it will pull missing orders from your Shopify Store. Still, if you do not find your orders then contact us on Live Chat Support.
