The Place of Supply refers to the location where the order is considered to have been placed. This source is displayed on the invoice and is used for GST-related information.
By default, the app uses Shipping City as the Place of Supply. You can change it to Shipping State from App Settings if needed.
To Change the Place of Supply Source:
- Go to App Settings.
- Locate the Place of Supply Source.
- Select your preferred source:
- Shipping City (Default)
- Shipping State
- Click Save to apply your changes.
Important Notes
- The updated setting will apply only to New orders created after the change.
- Existing orders will continue using the previous Place of Supply source.
- To apply the updated Place of Supply source to existing orders, click the Order Status Update button it will regenerate the invoice.
