You can easily download and print invoices, Shipping Label, and Delivery Note in bulk directly from the Shopify order list page using the WebPlanex GST Invoice India App.
Steps to Bulk Print:
1. Access Your Orders
Log in to your Shopify Admin panel and navigate to the Orders page.
2. Apply Filters
Use filters such as:
- Date range
- Payment status
- Fulfillment status
- Order status
This helps you quickly find the specific orders you want to process.
3. Select Orders
From the order list, select the orders for which you want to print documents.
4. Click on Print
After selecting the orders, click on the Print option available on the page.
5. Choose the App
From the list of available options, select WebPlanex GST Invoice India App.
6. Select Document Type
Choose the type of document you want to generate:
- Invoice
- Shipping Label
- Delivery Note
7. Choose Invoice Copy Type
Select the required copy format:
- Original
- Duplicate
- Triplicate
8. Download & Print
Click Continue to Print to download and print all selected documents in bulk.
