Providing customers with easy access to their invoices enhances their shopping experience and helps reduce support requests. With the WebPlanex GST Invoice India App, you can enable a “Download GST Invoice” button directly on the Customer’s My Account page, allowing them to download invoices anytime after logging in.
Steps to Enable “Download GST Invoice” Button For Customer's My Account Page
- Go to Integration Section
Navigate to the Integration section in the app dashboard.
Then go to:
Storefront Elements > Customer Account Invoice Download - Enable the Feature
Click on the Enable button to activate this option. - Redirect to Theme Settings
After clicking, you will be redirected to Shopify Theme Settings and go to App Embeds. - Add Block in App Embeds
Click on Add Block to enable the WebPlanex Download GST Invoice Button. - Preview the Download Button
You can preview the download button directly in the same panel. - Save Changes
Click on Save to apply the changes.
How Customers Can Use It:
- Customers can log in to their account
- Navigate to their orders
- Click and download GST invoices directly from the My Account page and list
You can see the attached previews of the Customer Account page and list from where customers can download their invoices.
