The Invoice Furnishing Facility (IFF) report in WebPlanex GST Invoice India allows you to generate and download your IFF sales report for GST filing.
IFF Sales Report
Follow these steps to generate the IFF Sales Report:
Step 1: Open IFF Sales
- Go to WebPlanex GST Invoice India.
- Navigate to Report Center.
- Select IFF Sales.
Step 2: Select Location
If you use multiple business locations, you can generate the report for a specific location.
- Select the required location to generate the report for a particular GSTIN.
- If you have only one location, keep the selection as All Locations.
Step 3: Select Month
Select the month for which you want to generate the IFF Sales Report.
Step 4: Include Offline Orders
If you have added offline orders in the app and want to include these sales in the IFF report, enable the Merge/Include Offline Orders option.
- Enabled: Offline order sales will be included in the report.
- Disabled: Offline order sales will not be included.
After selecting the required options, click Download to generate the report.
Step 5: Download the Generated Report
The report may take some time to generate.
- If there are any generation errors, the error details will be displayed. Resolve the errors and generate the report again.
- If you want an updated report for an existing period, download the existing report and then generate/download the report again to get the updated data.
IFF JSON Report
You can also generate an IFF JSON file directly from the app for GST filing.
To Generate the IFF JSON Report
Step 1: Open IFF JSON
- Go to WebPlanex GST Invoice India.
- Navigate to Report Center.
- Go to IFF JSON.
Step 2: Select Location
If you use multiple business locations:
- Select the required location to generate the report for a particular GSTIN.
- If you have only one location, keep the selection as All Locations.
Step 3: Select Month
Select the month for which you want to generate the IFF JSON report.
Step 4: Include Offline Orders
If you want to include offline order sales in the IFF JSON report, enable the Merge/Include Offline Orders option.
- Enabled: Offline order sales will be included in the report.
- Disabled: Offline order sales will not be included.
After selecting the required options, click Download to generate the IFF JSON file.
Step 5: Download the Generated JSON File
The IFF JSON file may take some time to generate.
- If you need an updated report for an existing period, generate the report again to include the latest available data.
- If there are any generation errors, review the error details, resolve the issues, and generate the report again.
