Yes, you can download invoices for past orders.
If you need to sync orders created before installing our app or require invoices from older financial years, please contact our Support Team via Live Chat. Once the orders are synced, you can download GST invoices for those synced orders.
Note: Before requesting a past order sync, please make sure all the required app settings have been completed.
We also recommend keeping a backup copy of your invoices for future reference.
