Yes, we provide past 7 days GST orders syncing (from your Shopify store to GST App) for free from the date of application installation, but if you need to sync GST older orders then this will not be a FREE service. If older orders are more than 2 months old then you need to provide us full access* to the store. Discuss with the Support Team if you want to sync past 7 days' orders.
You can download GST invoices of synced orders for the Current and Previous financial year. If you need invoices of synced orders from even older years, please contact our support team for assistance. We strongly recommend maintaining a backup copy of invoices at your end as well.
