Keeping Reward in Wallet After Order Cancellation With this setting, if a customer has used their Reward, the rewards will remain in their wallet even after the order is cancelled. How to Enable This:
- Log in to your Admin Dashboard.
- Navigate to Loyalty Reward Settings.
- Locate the option “Revert Customer Rewards.”
- Turn this checkbox OFF.
Once disabled, any cashback used by the customer will not be taken back when an order is cancelled. Instead, the rewards will stay safe in their wallet.
