Webplanex Rewards Wallet provide the capability to automatically generate store cash offers upon customer account creation on your store. Here’s how you can do it:
- Navigate to Offers: Locate the "Offers" button on the navigation bar within the Webplanex Rewards Wallet app.
- Create a New Offer: Click the "Create offer” to initiate the offer creation process, choose the Create Account/Signup offer. .
- Fill in the Details: After selecting the target product/collection, the app will likely prompt you to fill in various details to define your offer. This could include:
- Description: This will display on frontend Popup as well as offer page.
- Customer Tags(Optional): Enter the customer tags as per your customer group.
- Reward Value: Specify the exact store cash amount
- Start & End Date/Time (Optional): Schedule the offer to run within a specific timeframe for limited-time promotions or leave blank for ongoing offers.
- Save and Activate: Once you've filled in the details, save the offer. It should be operational within minutes.
