Adjust Customer Wallet Balance

Update Customer wallet balance

This guide explains how administrators can manually adjust a customer's wallet balance within the Webplanex wallet application.

 

Here's a breakdown of the steps:

 

  1. Navigate to Customers: Locate the "Customers" button on the navigation bar within the Webplanex Wallet app.

     

     

  2. Find the Customer: Search for the customer by their name or email address using the available search bar.

     

     

  3. Adjust balance: Locate the customer you want to adjust and click on the "Update Balance" icon (usually a pencil icon) on the right side.

     

  4. Update the New Balance:
    • A pop-up window will appear with fields for "New Balance" and "Transaction message".
    • Enter the new desired balance for the customer's wallet.
    • Optionally, you can add a message in the "Transaction message" field that will be displayed to the customer regarding the balance adjustment.

     

  5. Confirm the Update:Click the "Update" button within the pop-up window to apply the new balance.

     

     

Important Notes:

Customers will not receive a separate notification about the balance adjustment. However, they can see the transaction details reflecting the balance change within their wallet.
