Redemption Process:
- Wallet Login: Customers access their wallet through the store's popup or offer page or login link.
- Balance Check: Once logged in, they can view their current store cash balance accumulated from previous purchases rewards.
- Redemption Amount: Customers have the flexibility to select the desired amount for redemption from their wallet balance. Once chosen, they can generate a discount voucher for the entered amount directly from their wallet.
- Checkout(Basic Shopify Plan): During checkout for a new purchase, customers can apply the generated discount voucher code.
- Checkout(Shopify Plus Plan): If you're subscribed to the Shopify Plus plan, customers can conveniently utilize their desired redemption amount from their wallet balance directly during the checkout process.
