By incorporating customer store credit into your store cash strategy, you can create more dynamic and impactful promotions that encourage customers to spend more throughout your store. Here's how you can do it:
Note : Customer store credit is the default provided by shopify. The customer can use that credit balance directly from the checkout page. But for that new customer account should be active in your store. So that customer can use store credit.
- For that Go to Store Setting -> Customer Account -> Enable New Customer tab
- And for this offer it is necessary to have Shopify Flow Application installed, which is a totally free application by Shopify. (Click Install Link -> https://apps.shopify.com/flow)
- Because you can connect this offer from shopify flow application only.
- You can turn the offer on and off on the Shopify Flow application itself.
- The customer store credit balance is provided by Shopify itself, so once it is received by the customer, the balance cannot be canceled, so check all the details carefully.

How to Active Offer from Webplanex Rewards Wallet app
- Navigate to Offers: Locate the "Offers" button on the navigation bar within the Webplanex Rewards Wallet app.
- Create a New Offer: Click on "Create New Offer" to initiate the offer creation process. And Select the Store Credit offer .
- Fill in the Details: the app will likely prompt you to fill in various details to define your offer. This could include:
- Description: This will display on frontend Popup as well as offer page.
- Save and Activate: Once you've filled in the details, save the offer. It should be operational within minutes.
How to Connect Store Credit offer to Shopify flow application (Must Install Shopify flow Application)
Information : Here you can create a trigger of any functionality. This trigger is run by Shopify Flow. (for example, create order, fulfill order, etc ...).

- Go to Apps: Go to Apps and open Shopify Flow Application.
- Navigate to Create Workflow: Click Create Workflow.
- Navigate to Select Trigger: Click Select Trigger.
- click Search Bar: please Search which type you can create trigger.
- click on Then Button : Please click on then button and if you can set also condition which you want.
- select Action : Please select Webplanex Rewards Wallet Store Credit Action action. So when a Shopify flow trigger runs and calls that action, store credit is added to the respective customer.
- Fill in the Details: the app will likely prompt you to fill in various details to define your offer. This could include:
- Set Expiration Days: You can set the expiry on the respective credit amount. Enter the number of days as (For example, 1,2,3,..). After that automatic number of days, the credit balance will be expired.
- Store credit Amount: You can add as much credit balance amount as you want to give to the customer.
- Turn on Workflow: Once you've filled in the details, turn on workflow. It should be operational within minutes.
- Your customer store credit offer has been activated and whenever you can close the offer by turning off work to close the offer.
- You can also view the run workflow history.
- You can check from the history where the customer received store credit. In which the workflow status should be "succeeded", otherwise you can also check what error is there.
- The customer will be able to see his store credit balance and history. Which will appear in his wallet page.
