How to Issue Reward via Store Credit on Cancelled Orders

First install the Flow application from the app store. https://apps.shopify.com/flow

If you want to offer rewards when an order is cancelled, you need to create a Store Credit Flow using the Flow App. Follow the steps below to set it up:

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  • Open the Flow App
    Navigate to the Flow App from your dashboard or app menu.
     

  • Create a New Flow
    Click on the “Create Flow” button to begin.
     

  • Search for the Cancel Order Trigger
    In the search bar, type “Cancel Order”.
    Select the relevant trigger related to order cancellation.
     

  • Add an Action
    Click the “Action” button to define what should happen when an order is cancelled.

     
  • Select the Wallet Reward App 
    From the list of available apps, choose your Wallet Reward  App.
     

  • Configure Rewards Details
    Set the time duration for when the credit should be issued (e.g., immediately, after 24 hours, etc.).
    Enter the rewards.
