Customer Emails & Templates

Here's a summary of the guide on how to set up and customize email templates in the Webplanex wallet app:

 

  1. Accessing Email Settings:
    • Locate the "Settings" button on the navigation bar within the app.
    • Click on the "Email Settings" button in the top corner.

     

     

  2. Available Email Templates:
    • Store Cash Earned (To Customer): Notifies customers when they earn store cash.
    • Balance Expiry Reminder (To Customer): Reminds customers about their expiring wallet balances.
    • Reward Redemption (To Admin): Alerts store admins about customer balance redemptions.
    • Referral Completed (To Customer): Informs customers when they successfully complete a referral.
    • Balance Summary Mail (To Customer): Will notify the customer about the wallet balance.
    • Store Credit Mail (To Customer): Notifies customers when they earn store credit.
    • Coupons Reward Mail (To Customer): Notifies customers when they get discount coupon.
    • Wallet Summary Mail: Will notify the customer about the wallet summary.

     

  3. Editing Email Templates:
    • Click the "Actions" button alongside a template and select "Edit".
    • Customize the content, formatting, and subject line within the editor.
    • Utilize available email variables to personalize the messages with relevant information.

     

     

  4. Sending Test Emails:
    • Use the "Actions" button and choose "Send Test Email".
    • Enter the email address where you'd like to receive the test message.
    • Click "Send" to preview the template's functionality.
