This guide explains integrating Webplanex Wallet with Klaviyo to trigger automated emails based on customer store cash balance updates.
Klaviyo App Setup:
- Generate Klaviyo Client ID and Secret:
- Log in to your Klaviyo account.
- Go to the Integration page.
- Open the Developer dropdown and select Manage Apps.
- In the Manage App, click on the Create App button and enter the app name.
- Please also keep a copy of the Client ID and Secret in a safe place for further integration and click on the Create button.
- After clicking on the Create button from the Manage App you will see the following page that needs to perform any action so please click on the Continue button.
- Scopes: events:read events:write profiles:read profiles:write
- Redirect URLs: https://cashback.webplanex.com/api/klaviyocallback?shop=<your shopify domain>
- Replace <your shopify domain> with your actual Shopify store domain.
Webplanex Wallet Configuration:
WebplanexWallet Admin:
- Log in to your WebplanexWallet admin area.
- Go to Integrations > Klaviyo Email APIs.
- Enter the saved Klaviyo Client ID and Secret into the designated fields.
- Once saved, a "Connect" button should become available. Click this button to initiate the connection between Webplanex Wallet and Klaviyo.
Creating Klaviyo Automation Flow:
New Flow:
Within Klaviyo, navigate to Flow > Build your own > Create Flow.
Trigger Selection:
On the right side Select a trigger > Your metrics > Store cash balance update event and add profile filters.
Once set trigger event and profile filters then confirm and save.
Drag and Drop Email:
Drag the "Email" option from the right side into the flow area.
Email Configuration:
Customize the email's details like email name, subject sender, etc.
Store Cash Balance in Email:
Personalize your email template to display the updated customer's store cash balance using Klaviyo functionalities (refer to Klaviyo's documentation for specific instructions).
Outcome:
With this setup, whenever a customer's Webplanex Wallet store cash balance reaches or exceeds the specified condition in the trigger filter, an automated email will be sent through Klaviyo based on your customized email template.
