Set the all configurations of Webplanex Wallet App

This summary explains the various settings you can configure within the Webplanex Wallet App to manage different aspects of the customer wallet program for your Shopify store.

 

  1. Accessing Email Settings:

    Locate the "Settings" button on the navigation bar within the app.

  2. Available settings:

     

    1. Shop Currency Format: Define the currency format displayed in the customer wallet and other offer-related elements on your store's theme.

       

       

    2. Rewards On: Enable reward store cash for specific payment methods used by customers at checkout. You can choose online, offline, or both options.

       

       

    3. Automatic Email Notifications: Enable or disable automated email notifications sent to customers regarding their reward and wallet activity.

       

    4. Enable Multi-Language on Front: Allow your store's customers to view the website in their preferred language. By default, the app enables a multi-language toggle on your store's frontend theme, giving visitors the flexibility to switch languages easily. You can manage the visibility of this toggle from here.

       

    5. Store Cash Floating Toggle On Front: Control the visibility of the "Store Cash Floating Toggle" on your store's frontend theme. By default, the app inserts this toggle. You can choose to disable it here.

       

       

    6. Wallet Balance Redemption Setting: This crucial setting determines the minimum wallet balance percentage required for a customer to redeem rewards. You can adjust this percentage based on your program's needs. Refer to the provided documentation for more details: Learn more

       

    7. Shop Admin Emails: Specify email addresses for shop administrators to receive important notifications about customer redemptions and other wallet-related activities. You can enter multiple email addresses separated by commas.

       

    8. Configure Email Preferences: Set the default email address for your store's support team. This email will be displayed in the customer wallet page's email preferences section.

       

       

    9. Setup Store Cash Balance Expiry Time: Define the duration after which a customer's reward points or store cash expire. You can choose from pre-defined options like 30 days, 1 year, etc., or set a custom date range.

       

      Additionally, you can enable repeating the offer expiry after the completion of the chosen duration. Each reward transaction will be assigned the selected expiry timeframe. Customers can view their wallet balance expiry details and receive email reminders before expiration.
