You can create a Store Cash On Referral Offer to provide store cash rewards to your customers. When setting up this offer, users will have the option to generate unique referral links and share them with others.
When someone creates an account using a referral link or places their first order through it, both the referrer and the referee will receive store cash rewards as defined in the Store Cash On Referral Offer.
Here’s how you can do it:
- Navigate to Offers: Locate the "Offers" button on the navigation bar within the Webplanex Rewards Wallet app.
- Create a New Offer: Click the "Create offer” to initiate the offer creation process, choose the Refferal Offer. .
- Fill in the Details: After selecting the target product/collection, the app will likely prompt you to fill in various details to define your offer. This could include:
- Description: This will display on frontend Popup as well as offer page.
- Referrer customer will get: The amount required for eligibility under this offer.
- Only apply Store Cash to the referrer when their referred customer make the first purchase: You can implement a Store Cash On Referral Offer where store cash is rewarded solely to the referrer when their referred customer makes their first purchase. This ensures that only the referrer receives the store cash benefit upon the completion of the first purchase by the referred customer.
- Start & End Date/Time (Optional): Schedule the offer to run within a specific timeframe for limited-time promotions or leave blank for ongoing offers.
- Save and Activate: Once you've filled in the details, save the offer. It should be operational within minutes.
