Order or Setting Updated. But Not Reflecting new changes?

On GST Invoice old details are coming, how to update new changed details?

When you make changes to an existing order in Shopify (for example, adding or removing a product) or update any settings in the GST Invoice App, those changes will not automatically reflect in the invoices that have already been created.

To ensure the invoice shows the correct details, follow the steps below:

🔄 Updating a Single Order

Order-Status-Update

  • Go to the GST Invoice App
  • Click on the “Order Status Update” button for that order
  • Download the invoice again and check the updated details
  • If the changes still don’t appear, please contact us via live chat and we’ll be happy to assist you

📦 Bulk Update for Multiple Orders

You can update orders in bulk only if you have edited an order on Shopify, such as adding or removing an item.
  • Open the GST Invoice App
  • Click the “Bulk Update” button
  • You’ll see a list of all orders
  • Click on “Update Orders”
  • Wait for 2–3 minutes while the system processes the updates
  • Download the invoices again to confirm the changes
