📄 Labels Module 

Labels Module Overview

• Purpose: Manage and view details related to  orders with a financial status of "Completed" and an AWB (Air Waybill) number generated

• Navigation: Accessed via Orders.

• Key Features

  • • Create/Edit Shipping Label Data

    • Print Shipping Label

    • Print Packing Slip

    • Print Delivery Template

🔹 Note:
You can add or edit shipping label details only when the order status is "Completed". If the status is not "Completed", an error popup will appear stating:
"Need to Complete this Order first."

🔹 Action Icons Explanation:

• First Icon (Truck icon): Add/Edit Shipping Label

• Next Three Icons (Document icons): Print options for

  • Shipping Label

  • Billing Invoice

  • Packing Slip

These three print icons will be enabled only if an AWB Number is available for the order.

📝 Overview :

The Create page allows you to generate shipping labels for completed orders.

🔄 Order Selection

• Select an Order Number from the dropdown.

• On selection:

  • The following fields are auto-filled and not editable:

    • Ship To

    • Ship From / Return Address

    • Origin

    • Destination

    • Payment Method
       

  • The Product Table will be populated automatically with products from the selected order.
    Each row displays:

    • Product Name

    • SKU

    • Weight (Editable)

✏️ Editable Fields

• AWB Number – Enter the airway bill number manually.

• Unit – Select the appropriate weight unit (e.g., g, kg, lb, etc.).

• Weight – You can modify the weight of each product.

✅ The Total Weight updates automatically based on entered product weights.

Note : in Edit shipping label Order Number is pre-selected and not editable.
add/edit both using same button.if its not added allows you to add else edit.
