🧾 Order Report Module Guide

The Order Report Module helps you analyze your sales data in a clear, flexible, and exportable way. Here's how it works:

🧭 Step-by-Step Instructions

1️⃣ Apply Date Filter

You must first select:

  • From Date

  • To Date

This filter is required to view or export any report data. Without selecting a date range, export options will be disabled.

2️⃣ Choose Report Level

After setting the date, choose the Report Level from the dropdown:

  • Product Level – shows report total per product.

  • Order Level – shows report total per order

3️⃣ Click Search

Press the Search icon to load data based on your filters.

You will see the following report metrics:

  • Discount Total

  • Shipping Total

  • Total Tax

  • Total

These values help you quickly understand the financial report of your orders during the selected period.

📤 Exporting the Report

After data is loaded, you can export the report using the Download (⬇) button.

Supported Export Formats:

  • CSV

  • XML

  • JSON

You can choose the format that best fits your use case.

✅ Export works for both Product Level and Order Level reports.

⚠️ Important Export Limitations

  • You can only export if a date filter is selected.

  • Maximum supported entries for export: 5000 records

  • Memory limit: 1024 MB

If your data exceeds these limits, you will see an error message.
