This guide will help you understand how to view and manage your customers within the app.
1. Accessing the Customer Page
To get started, go to the “Customer” page in the app.
Here, you will be able to see the complete list of your customers.
2. Viewing Customer Details
- On the Customer page, you will see a list of all customers.
- Click on the Eye icon next to any customer to view their detailed history, including activity and Orders
3. Adding a New Customer
The process of adding a customer depends on the platform you are using:
For Shopify
- Click on “Add Customer” in the app.
- You will be redirected to the Shopify "Customer page".
- From there, you can create and "Save" a new customer
For Wix App
- Click on “Add Customer” in the app.
- You will be redirected to the Contacts page in Wix.
- Click on “Create New” and fill in the customer information to add a new customer.
For WooCommerce Plug-in
- Click on “Add Customer” in the plug-in.
- You will be redirected to the "User page""User page" in WooCommerce.
