The Shipping Carrier Integration feature in the WebPlanex Invoices plugin allows you to connect your preferred shipping carrier with your WooCommerce, Shopify, or Wix store.
Once integrated, you can create shipments, fulfill orders, generate shipping labels, and track shipments directly from the plugin.
Step 1: Open Shipping Settings
- Go to your store admin.
- Open the WebPlanex Invoices plugin.
- Navigate to Shipping from the left-hand menu.

You will see a list of all shipping carriers supported by the plugin.

Step 2: Select Your Shipping Carrier
- Choose the shipping carrier you want to integrate.
- Click Configure.
- The carrier configuration page will open.

Step 3: Enter Carrier Credentials
For example, if you are integrating FedEx, enter the following details:
- Client ID
- Client Secret
- Account Number
After entering the required credentials, click Connect.

Step 4: Verify the Integration
If the credentials are verified successfully, the carrier status will change to Integrated. This confirms that your shipping carrier has been successfully connected to the WebPlanex Invoices plugin.

Create a Shipment and Fulfill an Order :
After successfully integrating your shipping carrier, you can create a shipment and fulfill your store orders directly from the Orders page.
Step 1: Open the Create Shipment Window
- Go to WebPlanex Invoices → Orders.
- Locate the order you want to ship.
- Click the Create Shipment icon from the Actions column.

The Create Shipment window will open.

Select your integrated shipping carrier (for example, FedEx) from the Select Carrier dropdown.
Note: The Ship From and Ship To details are automatically populated from your store and customer information. You can modify these details if required before creating the shipment.
Step 2: Configure Shipping Options
Depending on the selected carrier, the following options may be available:
- Pickup Type
- Service Type
- Packaging Type
- Payment Type
Select the options that match your shipment requirements.

Step 3: Enter Package Dimensions and Weight
Provide the following package information:
- Height
- Width
- Length
- Dimension Unit
- Physical Weight
- Volumetric Weight
- Weight Unit
These details are required for accurate shipping rate calculation.
Step 4: Calculate the Shipping Rate
- After entering the package details, click Calculate Rate.
- The plugin will retrieve the shipping charges from the selected carrier based on the package dimensions, weight, and shipping service.

Step 5: Create the Shipment and Fulfill the Order
- Review all shipment details carefully.
- Click Create Shipment.
- The plugin will send the shipment request to the selected shipping carrier.
Once the shipment is created successfully:
- The order will be fulfill in your store.
- A tracking number will be generated automatically.
- The shipment status will be updated.
- A shipping label will be generated and available for download.
- The Create Shipment button will change to This Order Is Already Completed.
You can download and print the shipping label directly from the plugin.


Important: Once a shipment has been created and the order has been fulfill, the shipment details cannot be edited.
Notes :
- Ensure your shipping carrier is successfully integrated before creating shipments.
- Verify the shipping address and package details before creating the shipment.
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the selected shipping service, package dimensions, and weight.
- Tracking information is automatically generated after the shipment is successfully created.
- Creating a shipment also fulfills the order in your WooCommerce, Shopify, or Wix store.
