Why Are Offline Orders or Estimates Showing an Incorrect Customer Address?

In Offline Orders or Estimates, the customer address is fetched once from the WooCommerce store when the customer is selected. After that, the address is stored and served from the GST plugin database.

Because of this behavior, if the customer address is later updated in the WooCommerce store, those changes will not automatically reflect in existing Offline Orders or Estimates. This may result in an incorrect or mismatched customer address being displayed.

To Fix the Address Mismatch

To update the customer address with the latest information from WooCommerce:

  1. Open the Offline Order or Estimate
  2. Click the "Sync Address" button
  3. The plugin will fetch and update the latest customer address from WooCommerce

This ensures that the correct and updated customer address is displayed in your Offline Orders and Estimates.
