To cancel the offline order:
- Go to the Offline Orders section.
- Find the order you want to cancel and click Edit under Actions.
- Locate the Status field.
- Change the status to Void.
- Save the changes.
By following these steps, the offline order will be successfully canceled and marked as void in your system.
