If you want your customers to receive invoices by email, you can configure several settings as per your requirements:
- Go to Invoice Settings.
- Look for “Automatic Email Notifications for Customers”.
Under this section, you’ll find four options that are self-explanatory; choose the ones that suit your needs. - If you’d like to receive a copy of the email yourself, enter your email under “Automatic Email Notifications for Site Admin (Owner of Store)” and check the corresponding box.
- These settings ensure that invoices are automatically sent to both your customers and yourself based on your preferences.

Note: Email notifications for customers will only work if SMTP is configured. Otherwise, order emails, offline order emails (sent manually), and estimate emails will not be sent, and email notification settings will remain disabled.
