In our plugin, you can view and download invoices from the Orders section.
Viewing GST Invoice:
Click on Print Icon as shown on Image to View Invoice.
Downloading GST Invoice Individually:
Click on Dropdown shown on the above Image and select anyone from the 3 available options (Original, Duplicate, or Triplicate). This will download the invoice on your local computer.

Note:
- All invoices are automatically available on the Orders page when you have an active plan.
- If you are a new customer and recently installed the GST plugin, invoices for past dates will not be visible by default. Please contact us via live chat to import your old orders. This may involve a one-time paid sync, depending on order volume.
- If you don’t see a recently placed order, click the “Sync Orders” button at the top-right corner of the screen to fetch the latest orders. If the issue persists, please reach out to us on live chat for assistance.
