Providing customers with easy access to their invoices enhances their shopping experience and helps reduce support requests.
With the WebPlanex-GST Invoice India Plugin, you can enable a “Download GST Invoice” button directly on the customer’s My Account page, allowing customers to download invoices anytime after logging in.
To enable this feature, go to Settings → Integration → Invoice Download Button – Customer Account Page.
This feature adds a Download Invoice button on the customer’s My Account / My Orders page.
You can choose when the invoice download button should appear for customers:
- Display Invoice Download Button for all orders
- Display Invoice Download Button when order status is “Processing”
- Display Invoice Download Button when order status is “Completed”
This helps customers easily download invoices based on the selected order status conditions.
