How to Setup Report Template?

In the Report > Templates section, you can create and manage customized report templates for Order Reports and Credit Notes.

To create an Order Report Template:

  1. Go to Order Report Template and click Create Report Template.
  2. Select the required report fields.
  3. Manage report columns by moving parameters from the left section to the right section using the arrow buttons.
  4. Arrange the fields in the desired order for your Order Report.
  5. To rename a column, click on the field name, type a new name in the text box, and click Rename.
  6. Enter the report title, then click Save Template to save the template.

To create a Credit Note Report Template:

You can follow the same process used for Order Report Templates.

Note:

  • You can create up to 5 templates. To add a new one, delete an existing template first.
  • You can view the saved templates and select them from the default template list to download the reports.
