In this guide, we’ll show you how to generate and download GSTR-1 reports directly from the Webplanex app. These reports are state-wise and month-wise, making GST filing simple .
Available GSTR-1 Report Types
You can generate the following GSTR-1 reports:
- B2B Report (Business to Business)
- B2C Report (Business to Customer)
- HSN / SAC Summary (Sales)
- Documents Summary
- B2B / B2C Sales (Offline Orders)
Step 1: Go to the GSTR-1 Reports Section
Go to the Webplanex GST Invoice India App Report Centre. From the main menu, click on GSTR-1.
Step 2: Select the Report Type
You will see a list of available report types. Click on the report you want to generate (for example, B2C Report).
Step 3: Choose the Month
Select the month for which you want to generate the report using the dropdown or calendar.
Step 4: Generate the Report
After selecting the month, click on Generate Report or Download.
Step 5: Download or Delete the Report
On the right-hand side, you will see options to:
- ✅ Download the report to your system
- ❌ Delete the report if it’s no longer required
You can delete and regenerate the report anytime if changes are needed.
Step 6: Repeat for Other Reports
Follow the same steps to generate any other GSTR-1 report such as B2B, HSN/SAC Summary, or Documents Summary.
