🌐 Invoice Templates & Credit notes Overview
Invoice provides a powerful and user-friendly interface to manage and customize your business invoice and credit note templates. This guide will help you understand how to navigate and use the Invoice & Credit Note Template section effectively.
🔖 Active Template – "Stylish"
At the center of the page, you'll find the currently active template, which in this case is called “Stylish”. This template is displayed with the full invoice and credit note preview so you can easily see how it will look when printed or downloaded
Key Options Available:
- Preview Button – Lets you view the complete invoice or credit note in a full-screen preview mode.
- Customize Button – Allows you to personalize the template according to your brand, such as managing labels, changing colors, fonts, layout, etc
🧾 Templates on Right Panel
On the right-hand side, you will see a gallery of 9 other templates that are ready to use. Each template is available for both invoices and credit notes and includes:
- Preview Image – A quick snapshot of the template layout.
- Template Name – For example, Blue White Template, Standard, Brown, etc.
- Template Number – A unique number assigned to each template (like 2, 3, 4...10).
- Eye Icon (👁️) – This icon lets you activate/publish the selected template with a single click.
