The Credit Note Report Module helps you track and download all issued credit notes — including cancellations or refunds. It's designed for clear visibility, organized data, and flexible exports.

🧭 Step-by-Step Instructions

1️⃣ Use the Date Filter

Begin by selecting:

  • From Date
     
  • To Date
     

β›” You must apply a date range to enable search and export.
 

2️⃣ Select Report Level

Choose how you'd like the credit note data to be grouped:

  • Product Level – Totals grouped by product.
     
  • Credit Note Level – Totals grouped by each credit note.

3️⃣ Click Search πŸ”

Click the Search button to load matching credit notes.

You will see:

  • βœ… Discount Total – Total discounts issued in credit notes
     
  • βœ… Shipping Total – Total refunded shipping cost
     
  • βœ… Total Tax – Total refunded tax
     
  • βœ… Total – Final total of all credit notes in selected range

πŸ“€ Exporting the Report

Once your data is visible, use the Export Dropdown and Download Button to export the report.

  • CSV – Best for spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets)

  • XML – Great for system integrations or archives

  • JSON – Suitable for APIs or developers

⚠️ Export Limits

  • πŸ“… Date range is mandatory – Without it, export options are disabled
     
  • πŸ“Š Max entries allowed: 5000
     
  • πŸ’Ύ Memory limit: 1024 MB
     

If the limit is exceeded, the system will show an error message.
