How can I publish the Android app on the google play store account?
To Publish android application, you need to enroll Android developer account. You can use your existing Google account for registration. For more information about yearly charges, you can go through the link - https://play.google.com/apps/publish

Create a new Android application.
Log in to your Google Developer Account.
Go to: CREATE APPLICATION Button on the right side.
Enter Default Language and Title.
Default Language should be store listing language for your audience.
Title – This will appear as the Application name in the store listing
Upload Signed APK
Download the Signed APK from our app settings section.
Click on the application row.
Go to the App release section.
Click on the MANAGE button under the Production track.
Click on CREATE RELEASE Button.
Upload Signed APK from the BROWSE FILES section.
Click on the SAVE button at the bottom.
Prepare Store Listing
Go to Store Presence and select Store Listing.
Enter Store Listing fields: Title, Short description, Full description, Phone Screenshots, Hi-res icon, Featured Graphic, etc.
Be sure to add the screenshots in the correct sizes as per instructions.
Apply Content Rating
Go to the Content Rating Tab and click Continue
Input your email address and confirm.
Complete the content rating questionnaire.
Pricing & Distribution.
Go to the Pricing & distribution tab.
Choose your app's price by either selecting Free, or Paid.
You can select app visibilities to all countries or specific countries.
Publish application
Go to the App release tab and select EDIT RELEASE under the Production track.
At the bottom click Review
Finally, click Start Roll-out to Production.
